1. No purchase, no refund

KeraPlan and our other software products are provided free of charge. A license key is issued upon registration at no cost. There is no purchase transaction, no subscription, no fee — and therefore no refund policy is applicable.

If you arrived at this page after seeing a charge from "Sudhari Technologies," "Sudhari Tech," "KeraPlan," or any related name, please double-check the merchant of the charge. We do not bill anyone for our software, and any such charge is not from us. Contact your bank or card provider to dispute it.

2. Donations

We accept voluntary donations through PayPal. These are gifts, not purchases — they don't entitle the donor to any product, feature, or service that differs from what every other user already receives at no cost.
