Why this page exists

Free, and staying that way.

KeraPlan is free. There's no subscription, no paid tier, no upgrade path — register on the website and you get a permanent license key by email. That's the whole transaction.

So why a contribute page?

KeraPlan took two years of evenings and weekends to build. The kind of work it does well — proper CPM with multiple calendars, Monte Carlo risk analysis, native P6 XER import, defensible WBS — exists in commercial tools that cost hundreds of dollars per seat per year. Sudhari Technologies chose to give KeraPlan away because the people it was built for (schedulers, project controls specialists, small-firm engineers) often work without the budget that gets them P6, and they shouldn't be locked out of competent tools just because their firm is small.

If you've used KeraPlan on a real project and it saved you time, helped you defend a schedule, or just made a difficult month easier, a small voluntary contribution helps cover the cost of continued development — code signing certificates, hosting, the occasional tool license, and the engineering time that goes into the next release.

Contributions are entirely voluntary. Your license is free, has always been free, and will remain free whether or not you ever contribute. There's no tier, no premium features, no "supporter edition." Just the same KeraPlan everyone else has.

What contributions are used for

In rough order:

• Windows code signing certificate — about CA$400/year. Without it, Windows shows users a scary warning when they run the installer.
• Web hosting and domain renewals — about CA$300/year for sudharitech.com.
• Tool and library licenses — occasional one-off costs (developer tools, design assets, font licenses).
• Development time — when contributions add up to something meaningful, time spent on KeraPlan instead of consulting work.

This is a one-person company. There are no salaries, no investors, and no overhead beyond what's listed above. Contributions don't have to be large to be useful.

Other ways to help

If financial contribution isn't right for you, these are genuinely valuable too:

• Tell another scheduler about it. Most people who would benefit from KeraPlan have never heard of it. A LinkedIn post, a forum mention, a word with a colleague — that's worth more than a one-time donation.
• Report bugs and odd behavior. Concrete bug reports with steps to reproduce save development time. Send to feedback@sudharitech.com.
• Send a screenshot of KeraPlan on a real project. It's motivating to see the software in use, and with your permission we may feature it on the site.
